Plan reactivation issue

Hi,

 

My account has been suspended since November. I tried to change my plan to the 10 days text-only plan and reactivate it to port my number, but I couldn't.

Apparently the site has charged me twice, but the current ballance is still $0.

 

 

Any Ideas?

I sent my info to Saray_O, and am waiting for the response.
@Luddite, I see two $11 payment has happened and it shows $25 in total as current ballance (+rewards) but in the main page the balance is still $0, and if I try to pay the plan it asks me to pay again.
It's been a long time I have been with public mobile and they have always had this kind of issues in their system. My problems has been always resolved by the help from support, though it takes 48-72 hours, and even more some times.

What plan are you trying to reactivate?

 

Login to your PM account. What is showing

 

a)  as "Available Funds",

b) when you click "My Rewards",

c) in Transaction History for 90 days under the Payment tab?
