  • Hi, I ordered a PM sim card for $10 plus a $29 subscription. After receiving the sim card and porting my number from previous provider, my account is on hold waiting for me to purchase a new subscription. Why can't I use the subscription I purchased when ordering the sim card? Do I need to pay double to get started?

@BBark - Login and it will ask you to continue activation. Do it within the app.

Does the SIM card work?

And about that, no SIM = No Service.

hi @BBark something not right.  did you login using the same email you registered?? maybe ask support agent for help.  Please submit a ticket with CS Agent using this Chatbot link:  https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html  Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" ,  "Other",  "Log In".
