Plan expires July 27 and can't add voucher

I bought a data only plan 3 weeks ago but haven't been able to connect to the cell network.  Moderators have been helping me on and off.  Latest message asked if I can send and recieve calls.  It's a data only plan, so no.  But I bought a voucher with the idea to switch to a calling and text plan to see if that would help.  Now in SelfServe I am getting the message that the voucher can't be added.  So far I am $ 20 dollars into the data only plan and $60 dollars into the voucher which can't be added.  So I haven't used my phone for three weeks and it's cost me $80.

Finally hooked the phone up to wifi and accessed Selfserve that way and it worked.  Previously I was trying from a laptop running Mozilla.  Hope this will help someone else!
