I can't change my plan saying plan expired

@Lion, as noted in the knowledge base link below, plan changes in a suspended account must go through the moderator team.  I suggest you familiarize yourself with this and other knowledge base information.  It is very useful to understand the service you are using.

To @adil-5aar and others, I suggest we encourage use of the knowledge base to the extent possible when giving help to other customers.  In recent times, there have been a lot of good work done to update the knowledge base.  We should all take full advantage of it.
