I changed my plan and have waited the 36 hours . I still have no service !!!

Another "trick" that you can try is to manually load $1 into your account.  That sometimes restart/resets your plan.  

 

You should probably put your request for moderator assistance if you have not already.  Expect 2-3 day wait.

It did not work.

Try enabling the lost stolen feature in selfserve for 5 minutes then clicking found phone. Seems to reset accounts.
