I went through the change plan process to move from the 30g $40 that I have now to the 50g $34. Everything was fine for the change on renewal then I get a change failed pop up.
this is day 2 of trying. Current plan started Oct 2023. Next cycle apr 30.
any help appreciated.

try using both the browser and the app
try using the incognito/private/secret mode on your browser.
if that does not work, try using PM app. But if you used the app before, uninstall the app and reinstall before you try
if still unable to make plan change, you will need support agent to help. please submit a ticket with CS Agent using this Chatbot link: https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" , "Other", "Log In".
