 @Derbkush : If you are talking about a voucher then you could also use the 611 service to redeem it. If you have multiple 12 digits sets then use the one called PIN#.

Are you saing that a voucher top up PIN isn't working or that you don't know your account PIN?   For a top up voucher, try the code again in a few hours. Sometimes, there's a delay before they start working.  

 

As for your self serve account,  you'll need to submit a ticket at https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html to regain access.

@Derbkush     Did you mean you purchased a voucher but need PIN to load?  and you forgot both PIN and email used on My Account?

 

For My Account logon, you can try the Forgot Password

 

For PIN,  only PM CSA can help to reset

 

If you forgot both, I guess you have to open a ticket with CS_Agent

 Start by  typing: Forgot log in information, then click "Co ntact Us" and Click "Click here to submit a ticket"

 

If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can also send a private message to the CS_Agent (but this can take longer):
