 I’ve been having issues connecting to the network I bought 3 different esims tried factory resetting my phone and all trouble shooting steps. I just purchased a physical sim after chatting with support, I paid my subscription fees and everything should be working but it’s not, anyone have any experience with this or know how to fix this?

I’ve switched the sim number but no access to a computer so I did it on the app. 

@Thedvrk @So you can log into your account ? If so 

SIM  SWAPPING  profile tabs

Note only do this on lap top or computer/ not mobile device and reboot the phone

Yes it does I changed the SIM card #

@Thedvrk   If you go into your account does the sim number on your new card match the sim number in your account?

@Thedvrk  get support to SIM card swap the number for you and then you will be able to get codes sent to the new SIM card and access your account
