Login to My Account using Incognito mode again

If it is suspended, it will show ON HOLD and there is a button "Pay now to resume service".  Click on it and follow the step to make a manual payment

Alternatively, if you know the 4 digits account pin, call *611 form your phone and you can make a payment there

@Rick78  You can 611 if your remember the 4 Digit PIN code on account to make payment . Or with a voucher and 611 no PIN code needed . Or log into your my account and make manual payment . Also ensure you have auto pay on
