Phone saying no minutes left but plan is active

When trying to make a phone call, it says no minutes left. But yet the plan is active on the account, $40 per month for unlimited canada wide minutes and 5GB data. What's going on?

CSA are available from
- Monday to Friday: 6AM- 10PM EST
- Saturday and Sunday: 6AM- 10PM EST  

 

there's a new $40/15gb plan I suggest scheduling a plan change when you can

Turn off your phone and turn on again, this way fixed my some problems, contact with agent if still not working
