Phone number transfer from voip.ms to public mobile

Account was activated and paid for this morning.

Filled out transfer information in app as required.

After 12 hours still no transfer and sim card has no number assigned to it.

It is useless as a phone.

No one to talk to here and no help available!

No status on transfer 

What do I need to do next?

As long as you confirm with YES to the text from your old carrier with the old SIM in your phone. 
You will need to reboot your phone by powering off then back on.

Porting from a VoIP may take a few days.

If that didn’t work then contact a CS_Agent by clicking on the Chat bubble and type in Submit a Ticket. Staff hours are 9:00am to 10:00pm EST.

hi @mike3y porting from VoIP can take ask many as 3 days or more

but if your cannot even make calls, it could be a problem with the sim card setup, please ask support to check the account setup
