Phone number hasn't been transferred from 7-11 speakout in 17 hours

Did you ever replied to the text from Speakout to confirm you are porting to PM with the Speakout SIM in the phone?

This is the most important step in the porting process…most new member either miss or threw out the old SIM.

You would have missed the 90 minute window to reply.

To complete the porting process, you need to contact a CS_Agent by creating a ticket through SIMon Chatbot or private message them on this Community.

did you get a text from Speakout  about the porting request?
