Did you ever replied to the text from Speakout to confirm you are porting to PM with the Speakout SIM in the phone?
This is the most important step in the porting process…most new member either miss or threw out the old SIM.
You would have missed the 90 minute window to reply.
To complete the porting process, you need to contact a CS_Agent by creating a ticket through SIMon Chatbot or private message them on this Community.

@IrinaRtmn Hi you must leave your old sim in your phone to receive transfer text you only have 90 minutes to reply yes to request did you do that?
