Hi can I open a ticket my phone is not receiving calls and now my email is not loading

are emails also not loading on wifi? or is the issue only on data?
if emails arent loading while connected to wifi, it could be a phone issue where you need to reset your network settings. If its a data issue, it seems like the activation process was not completed, and i would get in touch with customer support for further assistance.

@RobertMarles Did you recently transfer to Public Mobile from another carrier? If so, did you reply YES to their text asking permission to release your number? Can you make calls, just not receive them? Email not loading is not a Public Mobile issue unless you mean your cellular data is not working either.
