@Kimmer - what do you mean? DId you miss the SMS text from the old provider, did something happen during the activation pages, something else?

Can you provide more details on where you are stuck?

You need to leave your old SIM in your phone so you will receive the text from your old carrier confirming you are porting over to PM. There will be a 90 minute window for you to reply or porting will be incomplete.

Also, your old account must be active before you can port over.

You need to contact a CS_Agent to restart the porting process for you in the morning between the hours of 9:00am to 10:00pm EST. So private message them now and they will pm you back to restart the porting. Your old SIM will continue to work if porting is not completed.
