3 days ago, I can't make outgoing and receive incoming calls on my phone.
My account is in good status and not sure what has happened. Please help !

If you are not on an unlimited plan, buy that $5 add on for 500 minutes. It's the best investment you'll ever make!

Go in your self serve account. In usage part, if it doesn't say amount of minutes left if on $10 or $15 plan, all minutes are gone. You would need to ask moderators to renew plan early, change plans, or buy add-on for more minutes.

Are you on $10 plan?
You can buy 500 minutes for$5 and they don't expire ever, really good deal in my opinion..
You can also ask moderators to renew your plan early but it's a long wait as they are busy.
If you switch to $15 plan now you will get unlimited incoming and snail data, and you can schedule to come back to 10 plan the next cycle.
