The phone keeps on hanging up automatically when I'm on the call for more than 20 minutes. When it's a short call, it's fine. But, when it's urgent and I have to dicuss issues with the other line for more than 20 minutes, it keeps hanging up. And after that, I call again several times to the same number and the call drops after less than 5 minutes thereafter on and on. I have to wait until the next morning to call so that the call won't automatically hang up.
I have a new phone Samsung Note 9, so I know it's not the device. It was fine when I was with Rogers or Koodo. What should I do?
