Hi received my SIM Card and selected a phone plan and phone number.
The phone plan I seen when I ordered my SIM Card on Dec 19th 2022 is no longer available ?
The phone nimber i received looks like a tele marketers phone number which I do not like.
How can I change the phone number to something more inline to Toronto numbers.

As for changing your plan, once in self-serve, go to Plan and Add On's, then select either 3G or 4G to view the selection of plans available (use the arrow buttons to scroll through them)
When you find a plan you wish to have, select it and ensure to change on NEXT renewal to avoid losing what's remaining on your existing plan. There are no pro-rating options to cover part of the plan costs from one change to another during a cycle.

"phone number I received"? You said you selected a number. Was this a pre-activated sim you bought?

@AM100 have you activated yet?
If you have, all you need to do is to login to My Account, go to Profile, and Change phone number, then follow the steps.
if you don't like the number, just change to different city and change back and a new set of number will come. Do this until you found one you like
Also, you can make 4 number changes per cycle. So, you can pick a "better" one first, then come back and pick a perfect one later
