Phone Can’t Receive or Make Calls

Since paying my last phone bill, I’m not able to make or receive phone calls. I’ve done all of the things the helper suggested and forum, but it’s still not working. I have an iPhone 6 right now, and unlimited calling and texting with data included.

@01christinelam   Have you recently logged into your account and check out if your plan is still active or suspended?

Try calling 611 and check out the status from there too.

Hi @01christinelam , you just renewed this week?  there have been many posts with similar problem.  I think you need to open ticket with CS agent

 

at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.

First type Contact,
then select the only choice there: "Contact..",
from the list of , choose "Other"
finally click link the blue link about submit a ticket
Another page will open and just follow: .

After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM

 

If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can open ticket by private message (but this can take longer):
