Also you need the old SIM in your phone to reply to the text confirming you are porting over to PM.

Your previous account must also be active so don’t cancel your service with the previous carrier.

@Martin51  Did you just port your number and miss the 90 minute window to confirm the transfer ?  By replying YES to the text from your old provider ?There a number for live support that can res start port process for you and give you an update . Send it private message and get it fixed
