The last 2 months I have been charged double payments. Any help?

Either you clicked on payment twice or a glitch on the new website.

No worries, it will remain as a credit to pay for your next month bill or contact a CS_Agent for a refund but it may take up to 30 days for the refund.

You should get contact an agent and try to get your last month's overpayment too.

Based on screenshots unless you paid twice by accident it could be PM glitch. To resolve this and get explanation, contact agent.

It will be NICE if you post what was the outcome of your double payments.

I just let it slide but now it’s happened again!

What did you do last month when this happened? Did the 2nd charge go away, or you just paid it?

 

If extra funds you paid are not showing in your available funds area, and you only have 1 account with this card, the submit a ticket by either method provided by @Lux

Log in to your PM account / Payment...then look to the right side of page for View Payment History.

@loriheroux- The payment history from your self serve PM account would be more useful.  This looks like it is from you bank???
