More details would be helpful. So you activated a new plan/account and unable to install eSIM?
Did you activate via the PM app? or finish the activation via the PM app?
Did you receive email from Public mobile with a QR code for eSIM?

SIM cards take approximately 10 working days to be received or 30 days. No way to track it. If it's been longer than that you can see if there is s local Telus/Koodo store in your area that sells them and purchase one there. You can ask publicmobile if they can credit your account the cost . Or if it hasn't been enough time to wait.
