My account is not activated since day one but public mobile keeps taking money in my bank account. I just need to know why

Yes, it is more than a month, 8 months or year and I don't use the public mobile number

HI @JG9 when was day 1? more than a month?  did you do anything to make it work ?

did you try to login My Account? can you login using the browser or app and check?

please ask CS agent to help and get it fixed, just submit a ticket with CS Agent using this Chatbot link:  https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html  Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" ,  "Other",  "Log In".
