Got charged twice for the same payment. How/when do I get refunded for that?

Are the two charges the same amount and dated around the same day?

any chance one of those is just pending and only one is a real posted charge?

did you login to My Account and check the Payment history?  does it show one or multiple charges?

if you are certain there is problem with the duplicated charge,  please check with support by messaging them:

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply to you there

@Darnell14  Check credit card is one charge pending and the other is posted ? If so the pending charge should fall off . If that’s not the case and the difference is not in your available funds ( my account ) please

could it be that one is a Pending and other is Actual charge ?

Log into self service and see if the payment is a credit to your account. If yes, just leave there and it will be used automatically on your next renewal date.
