I just signed up for public mobile and my card got charged twice. And It won’t let me send a ticket in to get the money back, so I don’t know what to do.

@Alley3   did you had any error with activation and need to re-attempt activation a second time?  If you didn't, if the activation went through once without problem, no worry, one of the charges is likely just pending charge and only one of them should be a real, posted charge

Unless you got error after Payment section, and you need to reattempt a second time, then it could be a problem, could be that you created a "ghost" account and both are posted charges.   If that is the case, open ticket with PM support and have them investigate

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply to you there
