Hi All,
I have autopay setup. My card had a temporary block on it which since has been released. However, I cannot pay with my credit card now. I consistently get the OOPS! message.
I've tried:
- clearing browser cache, signing in incognito
- on a different computer
- manually typing in the card info
- calling card company
Any ideas? I've been without service for almost a week now!

First time buying a voucher. Didn't check until i got home... cashier sold me a LUCKYMOBILE voucher... back to store

You should have to problem with the voucher suggestions.
After that...reach out to CSA's to find out what the problem is with your cc. They will be able to help from their end.

I would go to a retailer that sells public mobile vouchers like London D.rugs then probably ask your bank for a different debt card.

You can buy vouchers and use 611 without the pin. You can use real time payments in some stores. And you can even use the chatbot to try to login and make payments there with vouchers.
Then figure out why the card won't work after your services are back.

Get to Shell Gas or Walmart and buy payment vouchers..then dial 611 to add them to your acct. Deal with cc issue later.
