Payment will not go through

Hi,

 

I'm sure I put more funds on my credit card but my payment will not complete. I have auto pay set up but didn't have enough funds at the time. I tried the "replace my credit card" option but that didn't seem to work. help would be appreciated.

I'm confused by "didn't have enough funds at the time". Anyway, login to your account and let us know:

a) does Status say expired, suspended, or?

b) are there any Available Funds?

c) are you renewing the same plan? 

d) does your phone work?

Try safari or ie browser. Hopefully will work out. Also make sure when updating cc you have to match exact details including billing address.

Also if you still have old cc attached and as you mentioned you sure theres fund available I would suggest try to top up manually again on a safari or ie. Before you change your credit card details.
