I am looking Customer care email address because they have deducted 2 Time money from my card. what is the way to refund the money?

If the payment was very recent (within the past 24 hours), it may also be that the amount is displaying as a 'pending' or 'unauthorized' payment on your credit card statement and also showing as a 'posted' or 'authorized' payment.
If this is the case, you will notice the pending / unauthorized value will drop out of that section very soon.

Yes best to leave it for your next renewal. But you may want to open a ticket and have a FEW open a ticket with the tech team to see why your card got charged twice to make sure it does charge it twice going forward.

You would be better off to leave the credit in your account to be used towards your next payment. If you still need assistance then submit a ticket.

Log into self service and see if the money is in Available Funds. If it is just leave it there and it will be used on the next renewal.
