I’m trying to renew my subscription, but for some reason my payment is not being processed. All the funds are in my account ready to go.

A Public Mobile voucher but are you on AutoPay/Subscribe and is your renewal date tomorrow?
Everyone account is suspended the day of until top-up payment is completed. If you have service, just ignore the account status.

Wait an hour, then use Incognito/Private/Secret mode on your browser and try again
if same, you can also buy voucher from Shopper drug mart and load the voucher using *611
