Anyone receive an email stating payment didn’t get through but my credit card transaction shows it has

@Imansulaim  - all services working, no worries. Unfortunate communications causing some questions/panic.

 

If you have no services, then perhaps Autopay failed. In that case, you will need to log into self serve and reactivate/resume service ensuring the balance owing is paid to get services back.

@Imansulaim It was sent in an error just like the one that got sent out today claiming you have been enrolled into the new Point system.
