Hi, my account took the normal 40.00 amount then took 46.00. How do I get my money back?

Very rarely PM charges customer twice.

It could be something on your side: plan change? Manual payment? Clicked twice while paying?

You can always ask for refund but if money is on your PM account it is simple to leave them there to be used at next renewal.

HI @Jessica6

Did you try to make any plan change or if you manually pay and accidentally clicked twice?

First check  My Account's Payment history page and see if it shows there were two transactions of $40 and $46.  Also check if one of these charges now sitting as Available Fund.  If it is , you can choose to leave it there for next renewal

But if you want to check for a possible refund, open ticket with PM CS agent

To open a ticket with PM CS Agent at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot. Follow this to get to ticket open screen quicker:

 Start by typing "Overcharge"
then click "Contact Us"
then click "Click here to submit a ticket"

you will then direct to another page to open ticket.

Once ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent

If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can also send a private message to the CS Agent (but this can take longer):
