my credit card that my phone bill gets paid through got sabotaged and the company had to cancel my card they are re-issuing me a new one. How do I pay my bill that is now due?

@D-young82 yes, if you have another Visa or Visa debit, you can simple make change there
Just login to My account, go to Payment page, Manage Subscription and the Manage Payment method

Are you able to log in to your account? Are your services working? Did the card do chargebacks on all transactions including here?

@D-young82 if you don't have another card to put in the account at the moment, you can go to a store and buy a voucher, then load the voucher using *611 or via My Account
Best place to buy voucher is from SDM/711/Shell/London Drug as the vouchers can be used immediately. Vouchers from other stores could have a wait time of 24 hours
