Payment but no service?

My credit card got scammed and I forgot to upgrade the new credit card info. Fast forward I have the required amount in my account sitting for current 90 day cycle and an additional amount for the next 90 day cycle. Yet I have no service it’s been more then 8 hours since I made the changes, how much longer till I get renewed and get service back?
