I am trying to pay for plan with my payment voucher and I think I put in the PIN in wrong too many times.
It won't let me add any money to my account just says to contact community support"....HELP!! 😞

Explain your issue to Contact Customer Support Agent by CS_Agent ,
they can solve your issue, they are nice Service Team they will help you 100%.
and they will reset for you,

So how did it go? You can also try with again after clearing the browser history but before that try getting a new IP address by resetting your modem. If still fails, you can try the 611 method.

Vouchers can be loaded calling 611.

@Vanessadstout Are you trying through self serve account? You can try loading your voucher via the 611 service as well.

Try using a different web browser, clear your cache files and use in cognito mode.
Some of the retail sold voucher aren't "activated" until several hours after the sale.
edit...Shell Gas station voucher work right away, as do London Drug vouchers.
