So yes if you were making multiple attempts then just wait the hour and be careful on typing it in and maybe it will work. I think it has been found that the multiple attempts counts for both 611 and the account. Not certain.

I made a lot of mistakes when I punched in my payment vouchers on 611 called and it will not go through. Online to

@Comic_Con2024 where you got the voucher from? has it been over 24 hours?

Some vendors have an inexplicable delay in the vouchers becoming usable. Presumably they "settle" their pinpads or whatever overnight or something. Also, you only get a couple chances per hour. Wait another hour and try.

There are preferred voucher vendors that are immediate. There are also online options that are immediate.
