Login to your account and check in the Payment section if the Subscribe button is enable. If not, you will need to make a manual payment with a valid CC or vouchers then dial 611 and enter the voucher number and pin.
Vouchers can be purchased from:

7-11, Canadian Tire gas stations, London Drugs, Canadian Superstore, Shell, Shoppers Drugmart, Safeway, Staples.

@nazroshan , how many unsuccessful attempts have you made?  Too many will lock out the payment card.  I suggest waiting a bit and trying again using incognito mode on your browser.
