My payment won't go through on my credit card. I have already checked with my bank and there is nothing wrong with my credit card. How do I make my payment?

HI @MHolt   Yes, in most case, it is PM Autopay problem and not your credit card.

It was an auto pay failure. I have checked with my bank and there is nothing wrong with my card and it still won't let my payment go through

It still would not let the payment go through. I have quadruple checked with the bank and my card is active and working just fine. I have tried to submit a ticket and it won't let me submit.

Hi @MHolt   Try to make a manual payment

 

Login to My Account, then go to Payment, One time Payment

I will suggest to use the option "Other... " there an enter your Plan Amount + $1 more.  

 

It should work that way.    Once paid, reboot your phone and logout and log back into My Account and see if the account is show Active

 

If it still fails, please open ticket with PM CS Agent 

at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot. Follow this to get to ticket open screen quicker:

 

  • First type: "Forgot log in information"
  • Then Click "Contact Us"
  • Finally Click "Click here to submit a ticket"
  • you will then direct to another page to open ticket.

Once ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent

 

If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can also send a private message to the CS Agent (but this can take longer):
