for the past 3-4 months every time my phone plan renews I immediately get a text from public mobile saying that I have used up 75% of my data. I have changed my plan twice now and only turn my data on when absolutely needed, but the problem persists. I'm at the end of my rope with this and don't want to continue to pay for a service that I'm not receiving. Any ideas as to how to fix this?

@anyac : Check your phone data limiters in the phone. Maybe you have all your data but your phone is telling you you don't. Is the 75% coming from your phone or from 611?
Check your phone for settings to do with wifi failing over to using cell data when out of range or weak signal with wifi.
Check your phone for using cell data for OS and app updates.
Check your phone for apps using background cell data.

Ignore the erroneous text messages. For accurate usage, log into self service and look under My Data & Add-Ons. You will see your plan data listed. If it has been used up for the cycle it will not be displayed. You can then look at usage history.
