Does anyone know why I may not be receiving the password reset link? I've tried several times via the self-serve (and I have checked my spam and other email folders!).

I'm having this exact same issue.
I have made that is the correct email, but even after a day I still do not see the reset email.
Hopefully it gets solved quickly.

Make sure you have the correct email registered to your public mobile account.
