Password Resetting

Hi, I am trying to reset my password as it is not letting my old password to sign in.

But when I try changing the password to a new one after email verification it doesn't change and asks me to try later.

 

I have tried it multiple times and yet the same issue is being seen.

I have to top up my service via credit card and I am unable to do so.

 

Kindly advice.

can you use other device,

 

or contact to support team by  CS_Agent  to reset.

@Timer I have tried this method but still same error appears. I have tried using 3 different browsers and their incognito also but same error appears every time.

tried use browser from computer,and clear cache and cookies and use one page inPrivate mode,

 again  Reset Password

 

after close all browser 

 

To Login Page 

and go to payment,,, manage payment method and update card information and save payment.

 

you will get verification code by email or SMS
and inserting the 6 digit number and not press anything
just wait a 5 second automatically be login,,
