Ive paid a 90day subscription and the payment went through.

the services weren’t available for me to activate my account.

Within 24hrs I purchased another 30day subscription for the same account with the same card and I was able to activate the account.

I would like to get credits for the 90 day subscription I’ve purchased and paid for please.@CS_Agent in our Community

might also be an idea to log in to your account to see if xtra $$ are in Available Funds. Ready to be used for subsequent renewals.

hi @Olivier84 so you have a 30 days plan now still? Maybe it was just cache problem and you are not seeing the correct plan 

please use Incognito/Private/secret mode on your browser and login and chexk the plan details again

if reply 30 days, ease submit ticket to CS agent here
