What's the exact error message your phone displays?
If it is asking for a "network unlock PIN" you have to get that from your previous provider since your phone is still locked to them.
If you entered the "network unlock PIN" too many times you might need to contact the manufacturer to get the PUK / master key.
As mentioned by @computergeek541 if you enabled the SIM lock function on your phone and wrongly entered that code too many times you have to get that PUK from the moderator team.
