P M no longer text me prompts on top up or due date for amount

I used to get text messages for payment received, loyalty points and heads up for amount due.  I no longer get these since about four months. Is there a way to get them back?

I too miss this feature... But yet we get unneeded ones like the "check out your online account" with every 611 call, and those ones every so often with "crtc complaint" 

WWish we could choose which ones we want or don't want. I'm getting ones I don't need and not getting ones highly useful. 😕

Fyi, 

Public Mobile is still sending out texts 3 day out to those who are not on autopay and do not have enough in Available Funds to pay for their renewal.

Yes, PM has stopped those texts for couple months.

It is a system wide setup, so there is no way to turn it on just for one account

But you can message support and tell them you love the text, hopefully they will restart this text if enough demand
