Outgoing calls

I just registered today and my number was transferred. I cannot  make outgoing calls but I can only receive inbound calls. 
I need help with this issue.

look at the little envelop icon on top right side of this page should be highlighted.

OK. So if you can receive calls but not make them, it sounds like the port didn't go through. @hairbag1 will send you the porting number so this can get resolved for you.

I always kept my SIM card (from previous provider) during the activation process. I still have it on my phone. I can receive calls but not make calls.

Hi @paisaottawa 

If you insert the SIM card of your previous carrier, do you see their name at the top of the phone and can you still make calls? Try and let us know.
