Not sure if this affecs Public Mobile users in Ottawa,

I got this from my office cellphone:

"Planned cellular outage. TELUS is planning an upgrade on their mobility network to ensure continued service quality for greater capacity and reliability.  This maintenance will cause a voice and data (HSPA 3G) interruption on Wednesday, May 4 between 00:01 ET and 06:00 ET"

Just as an fyi for other people from Ottawa

I think it would, as PM uses Telus's network, so I think Telus, PM and Koodo will have that issue, can't say for certain though
