Other my 2nd phone #, I missed a payment.

I can NOT find a way to make a payment for this 2nd number. I am not allowed in to that account. 

Since no one works here, this should be set up as a very user-friendly web page. This also needs improvement.

Do you have any suggestions how to solve this problem easily and quickly ?

Did you use the same email or an email alias on the second account? Have you ever been able to access the account for the second number? If you use the same email address and the system which should not have accepted it accepted it that account is hidden behind your other account. 

 

As explained in my linked post above you can make a payment with a voucher by calling 611 on the phone or calling 1-855-4 PUBLIC and enter the 10-digit phone number that you're trying to pay. Then you can pay with the credit card on file if you cannot because you need to update that payment information then purchase a public mobile voucher and add it that will immediately reactivate the account as long as the voucher amount is equal to or more than your plan amount.

 

Then once you have your services working you can contact customer support to change the email address on the account that you can't access as only customer support can access those kind of accounts.

Thank you for your reply. The credit card company was sold to another bank, hence the failed payment. BUT I can NOT access my other 2nd phone #, which has worked, but I can't get anything to display it. Very very frustrating- a real person is needed now. So I appreciate your time and suggestions, but a real person is needed, since this is a flaw in this website- NO 2nd numbers can be displayed or details found out !!!!

Like @hairbag1  said this is the easiest and fastest way....everything you needed to know about vouchers that you didnt need to ask about before today.....

Go to Shell Gas station or 7-11 and get payment vouchers ...then dial 611 from phone and add-em to your account.

If you have created a self serve account and you are having issues logging in, try clearing your browser's cache, or try a different browser or device. Opening a tab in incognito mode may help as well.

Also, too many failed attempts may temporarily lock your account access. Try waiting a few minutes before you try again.

 

If having issues with your password, use the Forgot your password option to reset it, found here: https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/forgot-password/

If an email is received (check spam/junk folder) then the email is likely registered.

If you have been in nonpay/suspended status for over 90 days, then you lost your Public Mobile account, phone number, and access to self serve.
