Its all in the title.
I ordered a SIM card from the website on April 19th and it still havent came by mail.
I live in Montreal so theres definitely something worng.
Now everytome I try to contact the support, theres this Bot sending me everywhere but to a support agent.
How can we contact someone to get my issue fixed as I need this SIM card to get a new job, so its really time sensitive and this situation is completely unacceptable.
Thanks

Going forward you may want to go with one of the alternatives for both speed of delivery and price.

is this the same person...😄 as the similar question that was asked?
Tell SIMon Chatbot "Haven't received SIM card", then choose "Click here to submit a ticket↗"
Customer Support CSA is contact through ticketing messaging..https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/bc/get-help/articles/contact-an-agent

@martel80 It is not abnormal for PM to take as long as 3 weeks to ship the SIM , unfortunately.
If you would like a status update, message them here:

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened. CS Agent will reply you there
If you are waiting for activation, check your local mobile store, they likely will give you the SIM for free. With the current 2GB promotion, you can activate instore (to take advantage of the FREE sim) and still eligible for the bonus.

It usually takes 2-3 weeks for delivery. Quickest way is to go to a retailer like Walmart to pick one up if you are in a hurry.
