Open another post to activate the USIM for public mobile

Hello,

 

I tried to transfer my phone number from virgin mobile to public mobile last night but it didn't work. After I finished the activation from public mobile's website, I got a message from virgin mobile asking me to confirm that I will transfer to public mobile. I didnt realize that because the message went to the spam. So that I replied that message quite late (after 90 mins). I called virgin this morning and they told me that I should contact public mobile and ask them to open a post to let me do the approval again.

 

Please help. Thank you!

Yes, you need to confirm with YES from Virgin. You will need to contact a moderator by clicking on the SIMon chat button and ask to contact a moderator or human to help you to complete your porting.

@ledlong  yes, you need to reply Yes within 90 mins

 

I will private message you a number to call to re-trigger the process.  

 

Call them, Make sure your Virgin SIM is in the phone and powered on.  Once you get the SMS, reply YES.  After your reply, the porting should completed within a hour or two.  Put the PM SIM into the phone and reboot every 15 mins for an update
