@L_D   As well as changing the APN settings as mentioned, some people with OnePlus phones have found it still didn't work until they put the SP.MB.COM in all caps.

MMS texts should work. Upgrade phone operating system? Need to troubleshoot your APN settings.

Looks like some customers toggled airplane mode on, then off.

Which model of one plus?

With some older phones, issues with MMS/picture messaging:

Might want to reboot your phone.  Network reset of phone (this will erase any saved Wifi passwords)

You can also check your APN settings:

New Settings:

APN: sp.mb.com
MMSC: http://aliasredirect.net/proxy/mb/mmsc
MMSC proxy: mmscproxy.mobility.ca
MMS port: 8799
MCC: 302
MNC: 220
APN Type: default,supl,mms
                             or             default,mms,agps,supl,fota,hipri

Hello @L_D

https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/on/get-help/articles/volte

Check to see if your phone is compatible with Public Mobile.

Something you can try is to go into your network settings and turn off automatic and choose Public Mobile and reboot. That helped a buddy of mine.
