After you receive your text from previous provider and answer yes do you have to put the new card in then or after you get conformation

Ideally, I would say that having both SIM cards in working phones would be best, but if that isn't possible I would suggest that the old SIM card be left int he phone until it stops working. That's because most incoming calls will keep going to the old carrier (unless most of the people who call are using Telus).
