Number transfer issue

Hello everyone,

I have a rogers sim and I wanted to transfer my number here. While doing this, it gives me an option of writing the previous sim’s number, and it should be 19 digits, but my sim has 20 digits on them. What do I do? Please help me out.

@Ak471234 - You will need to buy a Public Mobile SIM card from here for $10: https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/ab/pick-up-SIM

Or $5 on Amazon.

Also each carrier needs their own SIM card as it holds their info like your account info so the tower gives the correct things like speed.

The activation system isnn't asking your previous carrier's SIM card numberr.  The system needs to know your PUblic Mobile SIM card number so that it can be activated.
